Dreame Technology has revealed a range of new smart cleaning products, debuting several devices designed to increase efficiency and automation in home care.
Stair-climbing robotics
Among the new offerings, Dreame introduced the Cyber X robotic vacuum, featuring a Bionic QuadTrackTM stair-climbing system. This platform enables the vacuum to autonomously transition between floors, addressing a common limitation in conventional robotic cleaners.
The Cyber X includes three main components: the vacuum itself, the QuadTrackTM system, and a base station. When moving to a new floor, the vacuum docks with the QuadTrackTM, which acts as a small elevator, lifting and releasing the device on the next level. After cleaning, the process reverses or continues across additional levels, eliminating manual intervention.
The manufacturer specifies that the QuadTrackTM system facilitates stair climbing for steps up to 25cm high at a speed of 0.2m/s and adjusts to varying widths and shapes of stairs. Triple braking protection and rubber treads offer stability on different surfaces such as hardwood and carpet.
The Cyber X is equipped with a Smart 3DAdaptTM Vision System, which integrates a structured light laser and artificial intelligence camera to calculate stair depth, angle, and height in real time. Moreover, both the device and the QuadTrack module use 6,400mAh batteries that the company says are sufficient to clean as many as five floors per single session.
“With Cyber X, Dreame showcases its pioneering spirit and forward-thinking vision, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in autonomous, multi-floor cleaning.”
Robotic arm for cleaning
Dreame also unveiled the Cyber10 Ultra, a robotic vacuum fitted with what it described as the industry’s first grabbing robotic arm and multi-tool system. Powered by the CyberDex Bionic Ecosystem, the arm features four joints and five degrees of freedom, capable of extending up to 33cm from the base. Designed to replicate human movement, it allows the vacuum to clean between chair legs, under cabinets, into deep corners, and handle objects up to 500g in weight.
The arm can independently swap and operate cleaning attachments, such as brushes and vacuum nozzles, reaching up to 40cm into narrow gaps to ensure thorough coverage. Binocular cameras produce a three-dimensional map of the residence, while additional RGB, infrared, and laser sensors provide 360-degree vision. These features help the vacuum avoid common household obstacles and increase navigation accuracy.
“Cyber10 Ultra represents a major upgrade in home cleaning.”
Automated multi-mop system
The Dreame Matrix10 Ultra robot vacuum offers automatic multi-mop switching, a feature the company claims is industry-first. Its Multi-Mop Switching Dock holds up to three different mop types and, paired with a Three-Solution Compartment, deploys the correct mop and solution automatically depending on the room and cleaning requirements. This allows the vacuum to use nylon-bristled pads for kitchens, sponge pads for bathrooms, and thermal mop pads for other surfaces, maintaining optimal temperature for more effective cleaning, based on company data.
The solution compartment provides options to deal with pet odours, wood floor care, or general cleaning, streamlining the maintenance of varied home surfaces with reduced human oversight.
The company stated, “Whether removing stubborn kitchen grease, eliminating pet odors, or protecting delicate wood floors, Matrix10 Ultra provides a fresher, cleaner home with minimal manual maintenance.”
Other new products
Dreame also announced the Aqua Series, a continuation of its dual-flagship range, alongside the new V20 Pro and V30 stick vacuums. These cordless vacuums are equipped with AI-guided GapFreeTM robotic arms, designed to extend precisely along edges and clean right up to walls and furniture. According to Dreame, the brushes can approach as close as 0mm from surfaces, collecting dust and debris in a single pass.
A new TangleCutTM Dual Scraper system features two scrapers that cut hair strands as the roller spins, helping prevent blockages and manual removal. The vacuums also come with flexible brush heads and an extendable, foldable wand, facilitating access under low furniture and automatic surface adjustment.
Dreame has shared that the Matrix10 Ultra is scheduled for release on September 26, 2025, at AUD $3,499. The Aqua Series and new stick vacuum models are expected to be available in mid-October 2025, while the Cyber10 Ultra’s release in the Australia and New Zealand market is projected for the first quarter of 2026.
