WASHINGTON — The U.S. Justice Department has formally moved to dismiss a criminal fraud charge against Boeing and has asked a judge to cancel an upcoming trial connected to two plane crashes that killed 346 people off the coast of Indonesia and in Ethiopia, according to court documents filed Thursday. The “agreement in principle” will require the company to pay and invest…

At a GlanceExpert’s Rating Pros Good speed, tools, and customization settings Stopped every piece of malware 30-day trial Cons Tricky installation Web Protection feature does nothing to warn or prevent access to problem websites A disk access error required reinstallation (twice!) Our Verdict When the application works, it’s impressive. There was almost no malware I could get past it, the level of customization is impressive, and while I wish its Web Protection feature added warnings for clear scams and phishing attempts, Trend Micro Antivirus meets the needs of the Consumer market it’s targeted towards quite well. NEW YORK — As he turned 80 this week, John Fogerty was in a mood to honor his past and to revise it.We should all be so alive and so remembered at his age. Fogerty, in the midst of an international tour, played a rowdy 100-minute set Thursday night to an adoring, near-capacity audience at Manhattan’s Beacon Theatre.
