Lindsey Graham join “Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan” for a rare bipartisan interview after they cosponsored legislation to put secondary sanctions on Russia. Blumenthal said he is calling on President Trump to “show leadership” and call on the Senate to take up the legislation.
